Terms and Conditions for Job Seekers

• Must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Job seekers must pay a one-time registration fee valid for one year. No additional consultancy fees or commissions will be charged.
• Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including the inability to secure a job.
• User Account Validity will remain active for one year from the date of registration. Renewal is optional and subject to payment of the applicable fee.
• JobBoxPortal does not guarantee job placement. It serves as a platform to connect job seekers with potential employers.
• JobBoxPortal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
• JobBoxPortal reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• JobBoxPortal is not a job search platform and does not provide a database of job listings for browsing or applying.

Terms and Conditions for Employers

• As an employer registering and using JobBoxPortal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
• Employers are strictly prohibited from sharing, selling, or outsourcing candidate data obtained from JobBoxPortal to third parties without explicit consent from the individuals concerned.
• Employers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that their account is used in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• JobBoxPortal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in any prohibited activities.
• JobBoxPortal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Employers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
